3. Give By Stock or Other Investment


By giving stocks, you can avoid up to 37% in capital gains taxes at no additional cost to you. Plus, you can deduct the value of the stock as a charitable gift for the year you give just like donating by credit card, checks or cash so there is a double the tax benefit to you. 4. Give a Vehicle Donation

You can donate a well running vehicle that we will use to support refugee or low income families in need. This is a great way to not have sell your car but still get the full KBB value of the vehicle as a tax-deduction. Please email us at CompassionBridges@gmail.com and we can arrange a time for the transfer of title and get you the deduction letter.
